Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all families and participants, please review our Bloominds Spring Camp @ Home Booking Policies carefully before registering. 1. Registration & Payment All registrations must be completed in advance through our official online registration platform. Full payment is required to confirm your slot in our Bloominds Spring Camp @ Home program. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the start of the registered week will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date are non-refundable. In the event of illness, a refund may be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. 4. Food Restrictions All our activities are nuts free to assure our little ones safety. Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the program begins. 6. Available Timings Monday to Saturday 10 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM & 5 PM 7. Health & Safety Any participant showing symptoms of illness will not be permitted to attend or the use of face mask is required.
