Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all families and participants, please review our Spooktacular Space Invasion Booking Policies carefully before registering. 1. Registration & Payment All registrations must be completed in advance through our official online registration platform or contacting Kids Palace, Emirates Palace. Full payment is required to confirm your spot in our Halloween program. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of the registered week will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. In the event of illness, a refund may be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. 3. Maximum Enrollment Our Halloween parties can host up to 50 children, ensuring the fun and safety we all aim for. 4. Food Restrictions We are a nut-free Space Invasion. Please ensure all food items are free from nuts and nut-based ingredients. Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the program begins. 6. Space Invasion Hours Friday, 31 October 2025, from 3 PM to 7 PM Saturday, 01 November 2025, from 3 PM to 7 PM Sunday, 02 November 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM Sunday, 02 November 2025, from 3 PM to 7 PM 7. Health & Safety Any participant showing symptoms of illness will not be permitted to attend and must be collected immediately. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that children be kept home if unwell. Our team prioritizes a safe, fun, and festive environment for all Spooktacular attendees.
