Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all families and participants, please review our Halloween Camp Booking Policies carefully before registering. 1. Registration & Payment All registrations must be completed in advance through our official booking form or online registration platform. Full payment is required to confirm your spot in our Halloween program. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. 2. Discounts Early Bat Discount (10%) applies to all registrations completed and paid by June 30th, 2025. Special school rates are available upon proof of enrollment. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of the registered week will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. In the event of illness, a credit may be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. 4. Minimum Enrollment A maximum of 50 participants per day is required for the Spooktacular to operate. If minimum enrollment is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the session, and full refunds will be provided. 5. Make-Up Days & Absences Missed days are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless due to illness supported by valid documentation. Make-up days may be offered depending on availability but cannot be guaranteed. 6. Lunch & Add-Ons (??) Lunch is available as an optional add-on and must be selected at the time of registration. Alternatively, participants may bring their own snacks or packed lunches from home. We are a nut-free Space Invasion. Please ensure all food items are free from nuts and nut-based ingredients. Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the program begins. 7. Drop-Off & Pick-Up (??) Witching hours are from 3PM to 7PM. Please ensure timely arrival and collection so that all Halloween activities can proceed smoothly. 8. Health & Safety Any participant showing symptoms of illness will not be permitted to attend and must be collected immediately. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that children be kept home if unwell. Our team prioritizes a safe, fun, and festive environment for all Spooktacular attendees.
