Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all campers and families, please take note of the following booking policies: 1. Registration & Payment All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking form or registration platform. Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Discounts Early Bird Discount (10%) is applicable for registrations completed and paid by June 30th, 2025. Special school rates are available upon proof of enrollment. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the booked week will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. In case of illness, a credit may be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. 4. Minimum Enrollment The camp requires a minimum of 10 campers per day to operate. If this number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the session, and full refunds will be provided. 5. Make-Up Days & Absences Missed days are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the absence is due to a medical reason with valid documentation. Make-up days are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. 6. Lunch & Add-Ons Lunch is available as an optional add-on and must be selected during registration. In Alternative Lunch as Snacks can be sent from home. We are a nuts free camp, we request that any food items sent to school are nuts free. Any dietary restrictions must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the camp week starts. 7. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Camp hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Late pick-ups beyond 3:45 PM may incur a late fee. 8. Health & Safety Children showing symptoms of illness will not be permitted to attend and must be collected immediately.
